Over the years, the company has worked with hundreds of organizations, helping them expand their donor base and grow their impact.
The primary user of the platform is the Head of Fundraising or Organization Manager – someone responsible for overseeing donation performance, optimizing fundraising campaigns, and reporting results to stakeholders.
They are often juggling multiple responsibilities and need a clear, actionable view of how their campaigns are performing in real time.
I led the UX and UI design for the entire dashboard experience.
This included:
- Mapping out user journeys based on real user interviews
- Designing wireframes and prototyping key screens
- Building a clear information hierarchy for complex fundraising data
